CCTV Operation

The cameras outside of 13-14 Gloucester Square are for the exclusive use and security of the residents of 13-14 Gloucester Square. The Cameras cover all external approaches to the building, including the pavements directly outside the building.

Record Retention

Records are actively retained for 30 days, during which time they are available to the Directors and Residents of 13-14 Gloucester Square. After 30 days footage is archived, and stored on a sperate drive. Not all footage is retained beyond 30 days. Archived Records are retained for no more than 7 years from the date of recording.

Requesting Footage of You

With the exception of official police investigations (see the next section), we are only able to respond requests for footage of you and/or your direct dependants captured beyond the property line of 13-14 Gloucester Square.

If you are requesting footage of you or your dependants captured outside the property boundary of 13-14 Gloucester Square, please provide the details in the form directly below so we can identify and share the footage with you. Providing we are able to locate the footage, it will be shared with you, at which point you can request for it to be deleted.

For the avoidance of doubt, 13-14 Gloucester Square retains the right to keep all records of activity taking place on our property, or records incidently captured beyond the building that are thought to relate to criminal activity involving the building.

Requesting Footage of Someone Else

We do not respond to private requests for footage of people other than yourself or your dependants. If you are investigating a criminal matter please use the secondary form below including details of the Crime Reference number, the Investigating Officer, and your consent to contact the police directly with any footage we uncover.
