Requesting a Garden Key

if you live in an enfranchised building (i.e. Freehold / Share-of-Freehold) that belongs to the Gloucester Square Estate Management Scheme, or your rights to access the Gloucester Square Garden are set out in the lease of your property, we will be happy to issue you with a key.

There are nevertheless, some restrictions:

  • A £50 deposit is required before a key can be issued
  • There is a limit of one key per property
  • The key is for the exclusive use of the residents of that property, and is not to be shared or cloned
Please use the contact form below to request a new key. The Managing Agent will respond and arrange a time and date for you to collect the key fob from their office on 9 Spring Street, W2 3RA.

At the office you will be asked to complete and sign the key registration form (you are welcome to print at home and complete your personal details in advance).

Finally, in exceptional circumstances (like ahead of a long weekend), the Committee can grant telephone-access to the Garden – though only for a maximum of 1 week until a fob is arranged. If you would like to make such a request please do so in the contact form below.
